Job Description

Mid Aspire BPO is hiring Lead Generation Executives for its US International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to US customers, generating qualified leads for medical insurance and healthcare products, and transferring interested prospects to the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers and explain medical insurance and healthcare products.

• Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.

• Handle basic customer objections and generate interest.

• Perform live/warm transfers of qualified leads to the senior sales team.

• Maintain accurate lead and call-status records in the CRM.

• Achieve daily calling and qualified lead transfer targets.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Domestic Voice or International Voice Process.

• Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.

• Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with outbound calling/dialer systems.

Salary & Incentives

• Domestic Voice Experience (6+ months): ₹25,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

• International Voice Experience (6+ months): ₹28,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in BPO, Telecalling, International Voice Process, Outbound Calling, Lead Generation, Sales, or US Voice Process are preferred.
