We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at UNEXT LEARNING. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Initiate phone calls to prospective students or parents to pitch online courses, certification programs, or tutoring services.

Consultative Selling: Understand the learner's current background, pain points, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable course path.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed record of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Handling Objections: Address student or parent doubts regarding course fees, curriculum relevance, job assistance, and time commitments.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call time quotas and weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
