We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team ULTRA TAPE CO.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website leads.
Examples: WhatsApp
Explain product/service details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
Generate and qualify leads to identify genuine buyers.
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply if communication is strong)
Language Skills: Good spoken English, Hindi, and regional language (Gujarati)
Communication Skills: Clear speaking, convincing ability, and active listening
Sales Skills: Negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, CRM tools

Preferred (for B2C / Hair & Beauty Industry)
Experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetics
