Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Telesales Experience Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls.

• Explain insurance products and services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

• Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries effectively.

• Ensure compliance with insurance sales guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.

• Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
