Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for our pet care platform. The role involves promoting and selling pet food, medicines, and related products to customers over calls, ensuring excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Promote and sell pet food, medicines, and pet care products

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system

• Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Provide after-sales support and build customer relationships

Requirements:

• Freshers can Apply

• Experience in BPO / Sales process preferred

• Good communication skills in English,

• Basic knowledge of pet products (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge
