We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our reputed company at Malad. The role involves generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service. Fluency in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages). Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
