We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, qualify leads, understand requirements, and guide prospects toward the right product or next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries and customer calls.

• Contact and follow up with leads from different channels.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, application, and purchase intent.

• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.

• Provide basic product information and coordinate for technical queries.

• Conduct video calls with customers when required.

• Follow up with qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for quotations, site visits, or further assistance.

• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Good communication and conversational skills.

• Confident in handling customers over phone/video calls.

• Good listening and lead qualification skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer and CRM/data-entry knowledge.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer handling is preferred.

• Experience in Water Pumps, Plumbing & Agriculture Industry is preferred

Experience Required:

Min. 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer handling.
