Telesales Executive – Domestic Sales

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and handle domestic clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work with scraped/raw leads provided by the company.

• Make outbound calls and understand customer requirements.

• Filter and qualify prospects based on genuine requirements, budget and project potential.

• Follow up regularly with qualified leads.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.

• Maintain proper lead, call and follow-up records.

• Build strong relationships with potential customers.

• Achieve monthly project and conversion targets.

Monthly Target & Incentives

• Minimum 25 confirmed projects per month is the expected performance benchmark.

• Performance will be reviewed monthly.

• If the minimum target is not achieved consistently, the salary/compensation structure may be revised based on performance.

• For every project above 25, additional incentives will be provided.

• Incentives will be calculated based on the valuation of each additional project and the applicable commission percentage.

• Higher-value projects provide higher earning potential.

Requirements

• Good Hindi & English communication skills.

• Confident in outbound calling and follow-ups.

• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling or lead generation is preferred.

• Strong convincing, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Ability to identify qualified prospects from raw leads.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation

• First Month: Performance/commission-based trial period.

• After Successful Completion of First Month: Fixed salary + performance incentives.

• Additional incentives for projects above the monthly target.

• Training and guidance will be provided.

Working Details

6 Days/Week | 8 Working Hours/Day | Domestic Clients | Day Shift

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
