Job Overview

The Rapid Investors is looking for motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with customers regularly.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0–5 years

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
