Job Summary

We looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Calling Agents/ Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound telesales and be confident in interacting with customers, generating business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Generate leads through outbound calls and engage customers by understanding their financial requirements.

• Explain financial products and services effectively to customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on financial products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate concerns whenever required.

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Outbound Telesales, Telecalling, or Loan sales.

• Age: 18 to 32 years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.

• Candidates residing within 15 KM of Whitefield.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer requirements.

Language Requirements

• English & Hindi (Mandatory) with Any additional regional language will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Outbound Sales in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Call Centre.

• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining customer records.
