Telesales Executive

Job Summary

Star Publicity is hiring a Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling, online lead generation, and client coordination for our outdoor advertising services such as hoardings, LED screens, and OOH media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.

Generate leads through online platforms, social media, and business directories.

Explain company services including hoardings, LED screens, and outdoor advertising solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Support business development activities and achieve targets.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling/telesales.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of sales and client handling.

Comfortable working on calls and handling targets.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records, internet research, etc.).

Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
