Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to explain our healthcare products and services, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Call potential customers from provided leads to introduce healthcare solutions.
Product Expertise: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our products/services to build customer interest.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential clients to purchase/subscribe, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
End-to-End Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with customers from initial contact through to the final sale.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives.
