What you'll do:

● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales and drive conversions.

● Handle inbound customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend relevant products.

● Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.

● Understand customer needs, explain product benefits, offers, pricing, and promotions effectively.

● Handle customer objections and use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales.

● Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel to maximize conversions.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, orders, and conversions through CRM/lead management tools.

● Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and campaigns to communicate relevant information to customers.

● Earn incentives based on sales performance and target achievement
