Telesales Executive

Samstiti IT Solutions LLP is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers & Product Demonstration Executives to join our growing team.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, explaining our software products, conducting online demonstrations, and assisting prospective customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company

• Explain company products and services to potential customers

• Conduct product demonstrations via phone, Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain lead records and follow-up status

• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati

• Basic English communication preferred

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on performance

Potential Earnings: Up to ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

• 1 Hour Lunch Break
