Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive for our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting IT services/products to business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Explain company services and solutions effectively
Generate and qualify B2B leads
Schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Basic understanding of B2B sales process
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
