About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain Rigzen’s business services, generate sales, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain services related to business registration, compliance, certifications, funding, accounting, and digital solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle customer queries and sales objections.

• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati preferred.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
