Telesales Executive

Active Furniture & Interior is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales of furniture and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.

• Introduce and promote the company's furniture products and interior design services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

• Generate appointments for sales representatives, designers, or showroom visits.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.

• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.

• Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
