Contact leads generated through online and offline sources.
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with prospective students until enrollment.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions team for the enrollment process.
Resolve basic student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
