We are looking for a Telesales to join our team ProcureIQ Tender Service llp. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

• Key Responsibilities – Telesales (Tender Field)

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients interested in government tenders and GeM services.

  2. Outbound Calling: Contact manufacturers, suppliers, and businesses to explain tender related services.

  3. Client Follow ups: Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into business.

  4. Service Promotion: Explain GeM Registration, Tender Submission, Tender Alerts, Product Listing, Certificates and other related services.

  5. Client Requirement Analysis: Understand client products, business profile, and government business requirements.

  6. Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meetings with interested clients and the management team.

  7. Proposal & Quotation Follow up: Share proposals and follow up for client confirmation.

  8. Lead Management: Maintain daily calling data, lead status, and follow up records.

  9. Business Conversion: Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.

  10. Daily Reporting: Submit daily work reports covering calls, follow ups, meetings, and conversions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and Above & 2 year to 4 year. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days during the Day shift.
