Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Banking Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting suitable banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain banking products, offers, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for documentation and processing.

• Ensure a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

• Follow company policies, banking regulations, and customer data confidentiality requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 10th pass or graduate; relevant experience in banking/telecalling/sales is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is an advantage.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Experience

0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, or customer service preferred.
