Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team at Prismark Assets Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation

• Call prospective customers from provided databases or generated leads.

• Explain ongoing real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers.

• Identify customer requirements such as budget, location preference, and property type.

  2. Customer Follow-Up

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.

• Convert inquiries into site visits or sales meetings.

• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.

  3. Scheduling Site Visits

• Coordinate appointments between clients and sales executives.

• Confirm meeting timings and assist with visit arrangements.

  4. Database Management

• Update customer information in CRM software or Excel sheets.

• Track call status, follow-up dates, and customer responses.

  5. Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

• Share brochures, project details, payment plans, and location maps through WhatsApp or email.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
