2. Service Explanation & Consultation
- The candidate will explain food license services such as FSSAI Registration,
State License, Central License, Renewal, Modification, and other
compliance services. They will guide clients about the process, required
documents, timelines, and fees.
3. Requirement Understanding
- The candidate will understand the client’s business type, turnover, and
licensing requirements in order to suggest the correct category of food
license.
4. Lead Qualification & Coordination
- The candidate will qualify leads, identify interested clients, and
coordinate or connect them with senior consultants whenever required.
5. Lead Conversion & Sales Closure
- The candidate will regularly follow up with potential clients and work
towards converting inquiries into confirmed business, achieving monthly
targets.
6. Client Relationship Management
- The candidate will maintain professional and polite communication with
clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Follow-up & Record Maintenance
- The candidate will maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead
status in Excel, CRM, or internal systems.
8. Documentation Coordination
- The candidate will collect basic client details and coordinate with the
internal team for further processing of applications.
9. Reporting
- The candidate will share daily or weekly updates regarding calls,
conversions, and pending leads with management.
