Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist - Lending to support the distribution of supply chain finance loans to distributors . You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey just by guiding them from loan inquiry to activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and connect with customers through outbound calls.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals.

• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement and provide post-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sales.

• Customer-focused with good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
