Job Summary:

Panchi Fintech & Solutions Private Limited is hiring for Telesales Executives with experience in Personal Loans and Bank Overdraft. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident on calls and capable of converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for financial products.

• Explain loan features, interest rates and documentation.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable loan solutions.

• Follow up regularly and close sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven attitude

• Ability to handle objections and customer queries effectively
