The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets.

Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, distributors, and dealers
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for order execution
Maintain and update CRM / sales records and customer databases
