Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote multimedia courses.
Provide career counselling and guide students in selecting suitable programs.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain student records and update data in the CRM portal.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or career counselling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in the education sector preferred.
