Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Telesales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer handling, and sales conversion. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to generate business through calls and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate leads and explain company products or services.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and conversion.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and sales performance.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data-entry skills.

• Target-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
