💼 Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our IT products and digital solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain and promote IT products & services based on customer requirements.

Generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Handle customer queries and provide suitable product/service solutions.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

Build strong relationships with customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
