We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Mantraheal Llp. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹19,500 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information about Mantraheal products and their benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and address their queries effectively.
• Convert inquiries into sales and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with customers throughout the order process until successful delivery.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
