Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Associate

Salary Package: ₹17,000 to ₹31,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance) + Attractive Monthly Incentives

Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Only

Location: Work from Office

Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.

• Sales Conversions: Pitch products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales pitches.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear information.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly sales quotas.

• Data Management: Keep an accurate and updated log of all customer interactions and sales pipelines.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.

  • Experience: Freshers with great communication skills or candidates with 6+ months of experience in Telesales/BPO.

  • Skills: Strong persuasion skills, confident presentation, active listening, and basic computer knowledge
