We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at null. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status to the reporting manager.
