Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with customers, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Explain company products/services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.

• Maintain daily calling and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for further customer requirements.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
