We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers through voice and chat, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and driving sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through voice and chat channels and understand their requirements.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and drive sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company processes and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation, and freshers can apply. Sales or customer service experience will be an advantage. The role requires excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards targets. Candidates must be open to 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs and 10.5-hour shifts. Boys will be required to work rotational shifts, while girls will be required to work rotational day shifts.
