Designation: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales — Direct Selling Agent (DSA)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Telesales / BFSI / Lending preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects over the phone, and converting enquiries into disbursed loans for our Loan Against Car and Used Car Loan product lines. You will work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the products.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on leads generated through digital channels and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products basis eligibility.
• Collect necessary documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets for conversion rate, and disbursal volume.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on product features, interest rates, competitor offerings, and RBI guidelines.
• Ensure all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or direct sales — preferably in BFSI, lending, or financial products.
• Prior exposure to secured loan products such as Loan Against Car, Used Car Loan, or other asset-backed lending is a strong advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in local language; working knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week including alternate Saturdays as required.

Working Conditions
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Fixed weekly off.
