Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate phone calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads to introduce our educational products/courses.
Lead Counseling: Understand the academic needs of students, counsel them effectively, and guide them toward the right courses or programs.
Sales Conversion: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets by effectively closing admissions.
Data Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the database.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.
Confidentiality: Handle all student data and sensitive internal information with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass to Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply).
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive counseling abilities.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.
