Job Description - Telesales Executive
We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to make outbound domestic calls, sell insurance policies, and deliver quality service as per company standards.
Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
Salary: Upto ₹ 22 CTC
For Experience:
In-hand: ~ Upto ₹18,000/monthly inhand
Additional Perk: Unlimited Incentives ( Based on target achievement and performance)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Offs: 1 rotational week offs
Experience: Minimum 8 months in Sales/Telesales (experience letter mandatory)
Education: 12th mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Interview Timings: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
