For one of our client we are looking to hire Telesales Executive.

Job Title: Telesales / Inside Sales Executive (Astrology & Spiritual Courses)

Company: A fast-growing brand in the astrology & spiritual wellness education space (client name confidential)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Experience: 0.5–2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 16000 - Rs 22000

About the Role:
We're hiring enthusiastic Telesales executives to connect with interested leads and guide them toward enrolling in our astrology and spiritual learning courses. You'll be talking to warm, outbound leads selling and convincing people understand course value and closing enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads interested in astrology/spiritual courses

• Explain course offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively

• Handle objections and guide prospects toward enrollment

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel

• Achieve daily/weekly enrollment and call targets

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

• Confident, persuasive, target-driven attitude

• Interest in astrology/spirituality is an advantage but not mandatory

• 12th Pass / Graduate — freshers with 06 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
