Role Overview

Designation: Relationship Manager
Domain: Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing / Lead Generation
Shift: General Day Shift
Salary: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce financial products.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
Product Expertise: Explain financial products (specifically Home Loans) to customers clearly.
Sales Targets: Handle objections effectively and work toward achieving monthly sales milestones.

Requirements

Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years.
- Note: Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans will be given preference.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
