Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller for our credit card and loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sell various credit card and loan products like Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Overdraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and sell loan products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
