Job Responsibilities – Inbound Sales Executive (Medimanch)
Handle incoming customer calls primarily in Hindi and provide professional assistance.
Understand customer health concerns and requirements through effective communication.
Provide accurate information about Ayurvedic and herbal products, their benefits, usage, and pricing.
Convert customer enquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and wellness solutions.
Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions and repeat orders.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and promotional schemes.
Contribute to overall revenue growth through effective lead management and sales conversions.
Training & Support
Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company.
Training on Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Continuous coaching and performance support to help employees achieve targets and grow professionally.
Key Skills Required
Excellent Hindi calling and communication skills (English not required).
Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
