We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their health and fitness goals, and recommending suitable diet and wellness programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping people achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Contact and follow up with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand clients' health concerns and fitness goals, including weight loss, weight gain, PCOS, diabetes management, and general wellness.
Explain the benefits of our diet plans and wellness programs.
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with dietitians and the support team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers can also apply .
Preferred Skills:-
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Positive attitude and confidence in handling customer objections.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or diet-related sales will be an added advantage.
