Telesales Executive

HDFC Sales is hiring Loan Officers for Telesales role. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining Home Loan/LAP products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from provided database/leads

• Explain Home Loan / LAP products and benefits

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

• Follow up with interested customers for conversion

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain proper data and call records

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Fresher or 0–2 years experience in Telesales/BFSI

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge
