Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Generate and convert leads for Cloud ERP software
Explain product features, pricing & subscription plans
Maintain follow-ups and customer records in CRM
Coordinate with sales team for demos and support
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

Required Skills

Experience in SaaS / ERP / Tally / Software Sales preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Basic MS Excel & professional email writing skills
Target-oriented mindset
