Telesales Executive

Greenland Solutions is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Telesales Executive to support business growth for our energy-efficient BLDC fans and ventilation products. The role involves lead follow-up, customer communication, dealer coordination, and appointment generation for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, architects, and project leads

• Follow up on enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces

• Explain product features and generate interest in IntelliFan products

• Coordinate with field sales team for meetings and lead closures

• Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly

• Share catalogs, quotations, and product information with clients

• Build relationships with dealers and channel partners through regular follow-ups

• Support sales campaigns and lead generation activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in electrical, appliances, HVAC, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
