About the Company

Greenera Engineering Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of solid waste management equipment, including Organic Waste Composting Machines, Shredders, Baling Machines, and Recycling Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and develop sales opportunities.

• Promote and sell waste management equipment and recycling solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with service and operations teams for successful project execution.

• Update CRM records and daily sales reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Diploma, Engineering, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Field Sales preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic technical understanding of machinery/equipment.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to travel for client visits.
