Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Make cold calls, lead calls, and sourcing calls to B2B clients. • For the first interaction, clearly explain: o What digital marketing is o Why digital marketing is important for business growth o How digital marketing helps businesses grow today o How Lead Height provides digital marketing services o Why Lead Height should be the client’s first choice • Convince clients to schedule a Google Meet presentation. • Conduct or coordinate online presentations about: o Lead Height company profile o All digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.) • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups. • Achieve daily calling targets, meeting targets, and monthly sales targets. • Update all call details, follow-ups, and client status in CRM/Sheets. • Work closely with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English required). • Confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers. • Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing. • Ability to handle rejection and pressure of targets. • Good negotiation and presentation skills. • Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Excel, and calling systems. • Freshers can apply (training will be provided). • Experience in B2B sales or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.
