Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic sales of pharmaceutical products and medicines.

• Contact customers, pharmacies, doctors, and business leads as required.

• Explain product details, composition, benefits, pricing, and availability.

• Generate leads and convert calls into confirmed orders/sales.

• Follow up with customers for pending orders and repeat business.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Required Skills

• Pharmaceutical / Medicine Product Knowledge – Mandatory

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Strong tele-sales and conversion skills

• Knowledge of medicine composition and product usage

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and result-focused approach

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Candidate Preference

• Pharma background/candidates preferred

• Experience in Pharma Sales, Tele-Sales, Medical Representative, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing will be an advantage.

• Candidates with strong product knowledge + communication + convincing ability will be preferred.
