•Job Summary•

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote stock market and investment-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong interest in financial markets.

•Key Responsibilities•

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.

• Explain stock market products and investment services to potential customers.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or relationship managers.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, mutual funds, or financial products is preferred.

• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

•Educational Qualification•

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred).

• 12th Pass candidates with relevant telesales experience may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, financial services, insurance, broking, or investment advisory.

• Knowledge of NSE, BSE, Demat accounts, trading platforms, and investment products is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
