Telecalling – Loan Process Job Descriptio
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain available loan products
Understand the customer's loan requirement and eligibility
Explain interest rates, tenure, EMI, documentation, and other basic terms
Collect customer details and required documents
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and loan applications
Coordinate with the sales/credit team for loan processing
Update customer information and call records in the system/CRM
Handle customer questions and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into loan applications
Maintain daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Skills Required
Good communication skills, especially in the local language and/or English/Hindi
Basic knowledge of loans and banking/finance
Ability to convince and communicate professionally
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Patience and good customer-handling skills
Willingness to work with calling and sales targets
