Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Finbud Financial Services Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13,000 - ₹23,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets – Meet monthly and quarterly loan disbursement goals through consistent performance and conversions.

• Lead Generation – Source new customers via calls, field visits, referrals, and partner channels.

• Customer Relationship Management – Understand client needs, offer suitable loan products, and maintain long-term relationships.

• Loan Processing & Coordination – Collect documents, ensure proper verification, and coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursal.

• Follow-ups & Closures – Regularly follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
